Cookie Policy

The English version is the binding one.

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and which local storage Snapflow Labs Inc. ("Snapflow", "we") uses on the www.snapflow.design website (the "Site") and on the app.snapflow.design application (the "App"). It is short because we use very few. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device and remember information about your visit. "Session" cookies expire when you close your browser; "persistent" cookies remain until they expire or are deleted. Cookies set by us are "first-party" cookies; cookies set by our vendors are "third-party" cookies.

2. What We Use

  • preferred-lang (first-party cookie, functional, 12 months): remembers the language, Spanish or English, you chose with the ES/EN button or by arriving through a Spanish address, to show you the Site in that language. If it is not set, the Site picks the language based on the country you connect from.
  • sf-tema (local storage, functional): remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme. It never leaves your browser.
  • App session (strictly necessary): when you sign in to the App, it stores what is needed to keep your session open and secure.
  • Analytics and advertising: we do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, on either the Site or the App.
  • Third parties: the Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when delivering them, without setting cookies. The WhatsApp button is a link: only if you use it does WhatsApp (Meta) process your data under its own terms. Once payments are enabled, Stripe will set its own cookies on checkout pages to prevent fraud.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

The cookies and storage we use are strictly necessary or remember a choice you made yourself, so they do not require your consent and we do not show a banner. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent before turning them on, with a banner and a link to change your choice, and we will update this Policy.

4. Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you delete preferred-lang, the Site will again pick the language based on your country; if you delete sf-tema, it will go back to the light theme. If you block the App's storage, you will not be able to stay signed in.

5. Retention

preferred-lang lasts 12 months from the last time it is saved; sf-tema stays in your browser until you delete it; what the App stores for the session lasts while the session is open.
