Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · 2026-10

The English version is the binding one.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the services provided by Snapflow Labs Inc. ("Snapflow") and forms part of the Snapflow Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP and are responsible for ensuring that your users comply with it. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Illegal or Harmful Use

You must not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; to infringe, misappropriate or violate the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of any person; to store or distribute unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent material; or to harass, threaten or harm others.

2. Security Violations

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written consent.
  • Access accounts, data or systems that you are not authorized to access.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, worms, malware or other harmful code through the Service.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service, including by overloading, flooding or mounting denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the Service outside documented APIs and rate limits.

3. Misuse of the Platform and AI Features

You must not:

  • Use the Service to generate, compile or distribute malicious code, or output intended to deceive, defraud or cause harm.
  • Attempt to extract, reconstruct or misappropriate Snapflow's models, system prompts, compiler internals or other non-public components of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use the Service to develop, train or improve a product or service that competes with the Service, or perform benchmarking for publication without our prior written consent.

4. Account and License Integrity

You must not share seat credentials among multiple individuals, sublicense, resell or rent access to the Service, or circumvent seat counts, usage limits or plan restrictions. Each seat is for one named user; seats may be reassigned to replacement users in good faith.

5. Third-Party Keys and Services

When you connect your own API keys or cloud accounts, you must comply with the terms of those third-party providers, and you must not use the Service to conceal or misrepresent the origin of requests sent to them.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may suspend or limit access to the Service, remove content, or terminate accounts, in accordance with the Terms of Service. Where practicable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to cure before taking action, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our customers or third parties, or to comply with law. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.

7. Reporting

To report abuse, security issues or violations of this AUP, contact carlos@snapflowlabs.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities and ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure.
